Key Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Assess, develop, and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs for students with a variety of needs
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of student progress, making data-informed adjustments as necessary
- Serve as a resource and coach for school staff, providing training and support on behavior management strategies
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations related to student behavior and supports
