Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Proven experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans in school settings

Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, and oversee individualized behavior intervention programs for students with a variety of needs
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of student progress, making data-informed adjustments as necessary
• Serve as a resource and coach for school staff, providing training and support on behavior management strategies
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions
• Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations related to student behavior and supports
