Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies, data collection, and analysis
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to upholding ethical guidelines outlined by the BACB

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to guide the development of individualized behavior intervention plans
- Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based interventions for students on your caseload
- Train and support school staff in ABA strategies, modeling techniques for intervention fidelity
- Collect and analyze behavioral data, making recommendations based on outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to team decisions and advocating for student support
- Provide consultations to educators and staff to enhance classroom management and student engagement
- Maintain detailed, confidential records compliant with district and professional standards
