Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and current BCBA certification
• Previous experience working in school or pediatric environments preferred
• Strong understanding of behavioral assessment, intervention design, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to organize, manage multiple cases, and adapt strategies as needed
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to tailor individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families in developing behavioral plans and strategies
• Model and coach evidence-based interventions for staff implementation
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to maximize outcomes
• Document plans, progress, and reports in compliance with standards and requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and offer consultation to ensure behavioral goals align with educational objectives
• Provide training to staff and caregivers to promote consistency and sustainability of practices
