Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and current BCBA certification
- Previous experience working in school or pediatric environments preferred
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessment, intervention design, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to organize, manage multiple cases, and adapt strategies as needed
- Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to tailor individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families in developing behavioral plans and strategies
- Model and coach evidence-based interventions for staff implementation
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary to maximize outcomes
- Document plans, progress, and reports in compliance with standards and requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and offer consultation to ensure behavioral goals align with educational objectives
- Provide training to staff and caregivers to promote consistency and sustainability of practices
