Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Prior experience working in K-12 educational settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop individualized behavior intervention plans and conduct assessments
  • Comfortable consulting with teachers, administrators, and parents
  • Committed to professional growth and maintaining compliance with ethical standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
  • Support ongoing data collection, analysis, and program adjustments
  • Train and guide teachers, paraprofessionals, and families in effective behavior strategies
  • Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adapt interventions as required
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on student goals
  • Provide crisis intervention and management when necessary
  • Maintain thorough records and ensure all work aligns with district and state guidelines
