BCBA in West New York, NJ

This full-time, onsite position in West New York, NJ offers a rewarding opportunity to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within a K-12 school setting. Working 30 hours per week from 8:30 am to 3 pm, you will support 2-3 classrooms on a contract basis throughout the school year.

Key responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to address student needs effectively. You will collaborate closely with faculty, providing training and guidance on ABA strategies to enhance educational outcomes and promote positive behaviors in the classroom.

Desired qualifications and experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
• Experience conducting FBAs and creating BIPs within school settings
• Ability to train and support school staff in ABA techniques
