Make a meaningful difference supporting middle school students in a dynamic educational environment. We’re seeking a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, contract role focused on the innovative LINKS Autism Program for the 2026/2027 school year. This position provides direct and consultative behavioral services to students across five campuses, collaborating closely with educators to ensure implementation of evidence-based practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • BCBA certification/license (active and in good standing)
  • Demonstrated experience in school settings, ideally supporting students with autism
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in developing and utilizing data collection and progress monitoring systems
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling between schools as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct behavioral support and consultation for middle school students in the LINKS Autism Program
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide coaching to educators on behavioral best practices
  • Implement and oversee data-driven behavioral interventions
  • Prepare required documentation and track student progress
  • Ensure all interactions support a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere
  • Maintain compliance with district policies regarding attendance, required reporting, and communication

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a drug screen and background/fingerprinting (CORI) check prior to start
  • Dependable arrival/departure and proactive communication with school and recruiter if absent
  • Submission of resume, active BCBA certification/license, and listing of relevant school-based experience

This is an onsite only opportunity (August 2026 – June 2027), and interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
