Make a positive impact supporting students from 1st through 12th grade as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school-based contract assignment. Working with diverse age groups offers the chance to tailor behavior support strategies, collaborate with dedicated educators, and empower students to reach their highest potential.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Skill working with students from elementary to high school levels (1st–3rd, 10th–12th grades)
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Problem-solving mindset and flexibility to adapt strategies across age groups
  • Passion for promoting positive student outcomes and a supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments for students in various grade levels
  • Develop, monitor, and modify effective behavior support plans
  • Train and coach school staff on behavior intervention implementation
  • Collect and analyze data to measure student progress and adapt strategies as necessary
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings as a behavior expert
  • Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for students of all backgrounds and abilities
