A rewarding opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students across multiple grade levels, including 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 10th, 11th, and 12th grades. This contract position located in Westfield, MA, allows for making a meaningful impact on students' educational and behavioral development in a dynamic school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support students' academic and behavioral progress.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to guide intervention strategies and measure effectiveness.
- Provide training and guidance to teachers and staff regarding behavior management techniques.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and educational regulations in behavioral services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification.
- Experience working with students across elementary and high school grade levels.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to create positive, individualized behavior support plans.
- Familiarity with school-based behavioral interventions and data collection systems.
