Desired Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Ability to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
- Skill working with students from elementary to high school levels (1st–3rd, 10th–12th grades)
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Problem-solving mindset and flexibility to adapt strategies across age groups
- Passion for promoting positive student outcomes and a supportive learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments for students in various grade levels
- Develop, monitor, and modify effective behavior support plans
- Train and coach school staff on behavior intervention implementation
- Collect and analyze data to measure student progress and adapt strategies as necessary
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
- Participate in IEP and team meetings as a behavior expert
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere for students of all backgrounds and abilities
