Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Previous experience working in school settings or with children/adolescents strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices.
  • Effective communication skills for working with teachers, staff, students, and families.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and interpret assessment data.
  • Design and oversee implementation of tailored behavior intervention plans.
  • Collaborate with instructional staff to provide training and resources.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed for continued success.
  • Offer direct support and modeling for teachers and aides in using ABA techniques.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development for students.
  • Maintain accurate records and submit timely documentation.
