Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Westfield, MA

Desired Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience in a school or educational environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• Experience conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Passion for helping children reach their fullest potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze data to inform strategies
• Develop, oversee, and adjust behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to each student
• Provide training and consultation to teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff on behavior management and ABA techniques
• Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed for maximum effectiveness
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input regarding student behavior goals and supports
• Engage with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and understanding of plans across environments
