Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required
  • Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of behavioral assessment, data collection, and intervention design
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with commitment to ethical practices
  • Comfort in adapting to dynamic school environments and diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify challenges and strengths
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Consult and train educational staff and caregivers on the effective use of interventions
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Provide crisis intervention support and guidance as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
