Qualifications and Experience:
- BCBA certification (active and in good standing).
- Appropriate state licensure to practice as a BCBA.

- Understanding of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA).
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Collaborative mindset and a willingness to engage in team-based problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and develop individualized behavioral intervention plans.
- Consult with teachers, aides, and caregivers to implement best practices.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and collect data to drive decisions.
