Desired Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Valid state license as required
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
• Strong communication skills to consult effectively with teachers, families, and staff
• Ability to design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments for students in diverse grade levels
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention strategies
• Provide training, consultation, and ongoing support to teachers, aides, and families
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive student-centered decisions
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards related to student services
