Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | White Plains, New York

Shape the future of student growth as a dedicated BCBA or Behavior Specialist for the 2026-2027 school year. This onsite, contract opportunity is situated near White Plains, NY, supporting students in grades 7-12 (up to age 22) as part of a dynamic school community.

This role can be tailored to fit your needs, with both part-time and full-time options available. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 3:00pm, allowing for work-life balance and a consistent routine throughout the academic year (September 8, 2026 - June 25, 2027).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and oversee the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Collaborate with school staff and families to develop effective behavioral supports
• Provide direct and consultative behavioral services for students, ensuring they receive high-quality, individualized interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and deliver professional guidance to the educational team

Desired Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and completion of the 8-hour supervision training (Licensed Behavior Analyst [LBA] candidates also considered)
• Prior experience working in a school environment preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to foster positive team relationships
