Step into a valued role supporting students and staff in an onsite school environment for the 2026-2027 academic year. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with grades 7-12 (up to age 22), you’ll make a meaningful difference by shaping positive student outcomes and collaborating with a dedicated team.

This part-time opportunity offers 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. The contract runs from September 8, 2026, through June 25, 2027. You’ll play an integral part in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), overseeing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and ensuring the highest quality of behavioral support for students.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification with completed 8-hour supervision training
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly preferred
  • Skilled in supervising support staff and managing complex student needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Comfortable with a caseload of middle and high school students, as well as transition age youth up to 22

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise RBTs effectively in a school environment
  • Develop and oversee implementation of BIPs
  • Work alongside administration, teachers, families, and support staff
  • Continuously assess and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collect data and provide necessary documentation to support student growth
