This rewarding contract opportunity offers a structured part-time schedule, empowering you to create positive change for students in grades 7-12 (up to age 22) while collaborating onsite with a dedicated team of professionals.

Highlights of the Position:

  • Part-time, consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–3:00pm (30-minute lunch)
  • Contract runs from September 8, 2026 to June 25, 2027
  • Onsite role at an innovative educational setting near White Plains, NY

Your Qualifications:

  • Current BCBA certification and completion of 8-hour supervision training required
  • Consideration given to those with Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credentials
  • Previous experience working in an educational or school-based setting preferred
  • Expertise delivering behavioral interventions and crafting effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Strong skills in supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing training and oversight

You Will:

  • Oversee implementation and ongoing review of BIPs for a diverse student caseload
  • Provide active supervision, mentorship, and collaboration with RBTs and support staff
  • Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions to best meet student needs
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
