Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - White Plains, New York

Step into a rewarding role for the 2026-2027 school year as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and impact the lives of students in grades 7-12 (up to age 22)! This onsite, contract opportunity offers the choice of part-time or full-time hours, running from September 8, 2026, to June 25, 2027, with a steady Monday through Friday schedule (8:30am-3pm, 30-minute lunch).

Bring your expertise to support and supervise dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), oversee implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and serve as a vital Behavior Specialist within a dynamic educational environment. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $50 to $55 per hour, with healthcare benefits and weekly pay available.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current BCBA Certification with completed 8-hour supervision training (will also consider Licensed Behavior Analysts)
• Previous experience collaborating in a school setting highly preferred
• Solid background in supervising RBTs and guiding the delivery and fidelity of BIPs
• Skilled communicator who can collaborate effectively with students, teachers, and support staff
• Ability to work onsite each day, engaging with students and staff in person

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical supervision to RBT staff
• Oversee assessment, development, and implementation of individualized BIPs
• Conduct observations and gather data to inform student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and help shape positive behavioral supports
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams for student success
