Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Must hold active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Licensed (where required) to practice as a BCBA
  • Experience supporting students at the elementary, middle, and/or high school levels
  • Ability to build strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and families
  • Skilled in conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Strength in data analysis, assessment, and team leadership

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work onsite supporting students across a range of grade levels with behavioral and educational needs
  • Complete functional assessments and develop effective, evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Train and coach school staff and classroom teams in behavior management techniques
  • Collaborate with special education and general education teachers to address individual student goals
  • Monitor implementation fidelity and adjust plans as needed to maximize student success
  • Communicate routinely with families, educators, and related specialists to foster ongoing support
