High School Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | White River Junction, Vermont

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll collaborate closely with educators and support staff to deliver evidence-based interventions that foster academic and social-emotional growth for students in need.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active BCBA certification and current state licensure
• Experience supporting students in K-12 settings, preferably with both elementary and high school populations
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and best practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and cultivate rapport with diverse students, families, and school teams

Your Day-to-Day Role:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop targeted, data-driven behavior intervention plans
• Work in partnership with teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff to model strategies, provide training, and ensure consistent implementation
• Monitor student progress, collect and analyze behavioral data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
• Provide support and consultation throughout elementary, middle, and high school campuses
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that empowers students to reach their potential
