Apply NowExciting opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students and staff for the 2026-2027 school year! This contract position offers a chance to shape and introduce behavior analysis services within an educational setting. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with general and special education teams across three school sites, making a significant impact in a district that’s establishing this critical role for the first time.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Previous experience in a school setting highly preferred
- Expertise in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Strong ability to develop and implement data-driven behavior intervention plans
- Excellent communication and consultation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to provide a redacted FBA sample and professional references upon request
Your Responsibilities:
- Serve as a behavior consultant for general and special education classrooms across three campuses
- Provide direct behavior analytic services to students
- Observe student behaviors throughout the district, including emotional support classrooms
- Conduct thorough FBAs and create individualized behavior plans
- Participate actively in IEP meetings as a valued team member
- Offer ongoing collaboration and training to teachers, psychologists, and support staff
- Support positive behavioral outcomes for students at all grade levels
Position Features:
- Onsite, full-time role (37–40 hours per week)
- Support and consultation within a progressive educational environment
- Consistent, school-year schedule from August 17, 2026 to June 10, 2027
