Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required; BCaBAs are not being considered for this opening
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Skilled in developing evidence-based behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with general and special education teachers, school psychologists, and district staff
- Ability to provide a redacted FBA sample and professional references upon request
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct behavior analytic services to students across three school sites, supporting both general education and special education populations
- Conduct classroom and individual student observations, including work in emotional support settings
- Perform comprehensive FBAs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering data-informed recommendations and strategies
- Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with teachers and school psychologists, serving as a resource for evidence-based behavioral support
