Key Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Demonstrated experience working in schools or with school-age children
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessment and intervention practices
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with staff, students, and families
- Ability to manage multiple referrals and adapt to fluctuating caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to implement behavioral strategies
- Maintain clear documentation in accordance with district and professional standards
- Provide ongoing support, coaching, and consultation to school teams
- Ensure compliance with all ethical and legal guidelines related to behavior analysis
This is a contract-based opportunity, offering flexibility and the chance to work with students from diverse backgrounds. Virtual meetings and interviews are available with open time slots on Tuesday, July 1, and Wednesday, July 22, between 9 am and 2 pm.
