Key Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to communicate complex behavioral concepts to staff, students, and parents
  • Collaborative spirit with a passion for working as part of multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor effective behavior intervention plans
  • Train school staff and support personnel on ABA strategies
  • Collect, review, and report data to inform ongoing interventions
