An exciting opportunity awaits for Board Certified Behavior Analysts eager to make a real impact in educational settings. We are seeking four skilled professionals to collaborate with school teams for the remainder of the 25/26 academic year. Multiple options are available for full-time and part-time schedules, with flexibility for onsite, virtual, or hybrid arrangements.

In this role, you’ll not only share your expertise by supporting classroom teams but also help mentor aspiring BCBAs. Our district values growth and is committed to helping team members advance. As a supervising BCBA, you’ll play a key part in guiding ABA apprentices toward certification by overseeing their restricted and unrestricted hours.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
  • Effective supervisory, mentoring, or training background
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning culture

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide direct behavior support for classroom staff and students
  • Supervise and oversee ABA apprentices, ensuring they accrue necessary supervision hours for BCBA certification
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
  • Lead and facilitate training for educational staff on best practices in applied behavior analysis
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support student success

This contract position offers a standard schedule from 8:00am to 4:00pm, with the caseload to be determined. You’ll start as soon as possible, with the full academic year ahead to influence both student outcomes and the next generation of BCBAs.
