Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to a dynamic district seeking four skilled professionals for contract roles through the end of the 25/26 school year. This forward-thinking environment encourages professional growth, inviting you to oversee and mentor aspiring BCBAs (ABA apprentices) by providing their required supervision hours. Beyond mentorship, your days will offer variety—ranging from supporting classroom teams, conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs), to developing and implementing positive behavior support plans (PBSPs).

The district values flexibility, welcoming both full-time and part-time candidates. Whether you want to contribute onsite, prefer a hybrid arrangement, or need virtual work, your skills are needed. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and start dates are immediate. Caseloads will be tailored, allowing for optimal pairing with your experience and preferred style.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience mentoring BCBA candidates or supervising ABA apprentices highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of FBA procedures, PBSP development, and behavioral intervention strategies
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Organized, adaptable, and committed to supporting both student success and staff development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavior support, training, and guidance for classroom teams across district programs
  • Mentor and supervise ABA apprentices, ensuring they log both restricted and unrestricted hours for certification
  • Oversee and assist with FBAs and PBSP creation for students in need
  • Support implementation of effective interventions and offer consultative services to staff
