Key Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience supporting students with behavioral needs in educational settings
• Strong mentoring skills and enthusiasm for developing future BCBAs
• Ability to complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative, adaptable approach to working with multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior support, training, and guidance to classroom teams throughout the district
• Supervise and mentor ABA apprentices, ensuring they receive both restricted and unrestricted supervision hours as they work toward BCBA certification
• Lead or participate in FBAs, PBSP development, and contribute to data-driven decisions for student programming
• Facilitate ongoing training and consultations for staff to enhance best practices in classroom management and behavioral interventions
