Key Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
• Experience supervising or mentoring BCBA candidates preferred
• Passion for training, collaboration, and supporting staff development
• Strong knowledge of functional behavior assessments (FBA) and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP)
• Able to work 8:00-4:00 (flexible scheduling available)
• Willingness to work onsite, hybrid, or virtual

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide behavioral support and guidance to classroom teams
• Supervise ABA apprentices, ensuring completion of both restricted and unrestricted hours
• Mentor, train, and develop future BCBAs
• Assist with FBAs, PBSP development, and team training as needed
