Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Previous experience in a school environment is essential
- Expertise supporting pre-K through 8th grade populations

- Flexibility and positive attitude toward a collaborative team setting
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students
- Work closely with teachers and paraprofessionals to support student progress
- Conduct functional behavior assessments as needed
- Provide ongoing training and guidance to school staff and families
- Collect and analyze data to inform best practices and student outcomes
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
- Communicate progress and recommendations with multidisciplinary teams
