Key Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience in a school environment is essential
  • Expertise supporting pre-K through 8th grade populations

  • Ability to adapt behavioral strategies to diverse learner needs
  • Flexibility and positive attitude toward a collaborative team setting

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for students
  • Work closely with teachers and paraprofessionals to support student progress
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments as needed
  • Provide ongoing training and guidance to school staff and families
  • Collect and analyze data to inform best practices and student outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
  • Communicate progress and recommendations with multidisciplinary teams

This assignment runs from July 7 to July 30 (Mondays through Thursdays, 8:30am-12:30pm), allowing for focused morning hours and long weekends. The possibility of contract renewal offers an extended opportunity to continue making a difference in the lives of students and staff.
