Make a significant impact on students’ lives by leveraging your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis! We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract engagement serving K-12 students in a dynamic school-based setting. This hands-on role will run from ASAP through June 2027, with 35 hours per week during the school year and opportunities to extend through the Extended School Year (ESY) program.

Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in school settings
  • Strong background supporting diverse K-12 student populations
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver direct services and provide consultation to educators and families
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for working hands-on with students and school teams

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students across K-12 grades
  • Collaborate closely with educators, related service professionals, and families
  • Monitor student progress and adapt intervention strategies as needed
  • Train and coach school staff in the implementation of behavior strategies and best practices
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Support students during the Extended School Year following the conclusion of the regular academic term
