Make a significant impact on students’ lives by leveraging your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis! We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract engagement serving K-12 students in a dynamic school-based setting. This hands-on role will run from ASAP through June 2027, with 35 hours per week during the school year and opportunities to extend through the Extended School Year (ESY) program.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Minimum of one year of experience working in school settings
- Strong background supporting diverse K-12 student populations
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver direct services and provide consultation to educators and families
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working hands-on with students and school teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop data-driven behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students across K-12 grades
- Collaborate closely with educators, related service professionals, and families
- Monitor student progress and adapt intervention strategies as needed
- Train and coach school staff in the implementation of behavior strategies and best practices
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Support students during the Extended School Year following the conclusion of the regular academic term
