Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification
  • Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings is highly valued
  • Knowledge of functional behavior assessments (FBA) and development of behavior intervention plans (BIP)
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Organized and flexible, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and related staff to assess student behavioral needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and staff
  • Deliver staff training on evidence-based behavioral strategies
  • Collect, interpret, and analyze behavioral data to ensure progress and support plan adjustments
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
