Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings is highly valued
- Knowledge of functional behavior assessments (FBA) and development of behavior intervention plans (BIP)
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, administrators, and families
- Organized and flexible, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with educators, school psychologists, and related staff to assess student behavioral needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct and consultative services to students, teachers, and staff
- Deliver staff training on evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Collect, interpret, and analyze behavioral data to ensure progress and support plan adjustments
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
