Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time School Position | Storrs, Connecticut | 2026–2027 School Year

Seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time school-based position in Connecticut for the 2026–2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a K–12 caseload while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 35–37.5 hours per week
• Contract Dates: August 2026 – June 2027
• Caseload: K–12 students
• Pay: $50.20–$60.88 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide behavioral consultation to teachers, staff, and families.
• Analyze student data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with special education teams and other related service providers.
• Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth.
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Connecticut licensure or eligibility, as required.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families.
