This full-time BCBA contract runs from August 2026 through June 2027. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience working with K-12 populations preferred.
• Previous school-based experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and adapt to a dynamic educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for K-12 students.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and coaching to staff and families.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
• Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and families.
