Elementary High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Williston, VT

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification and current state license required
• Experience providing behavior analysis in a school setting is highly valued
• Background working with elementary, middle, and high school-aged children
• Ability to conduct and interpret functional behavior assessments
• Skilled in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized behavior intervention plans
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, administrators, and parents

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data for students needing behavioral support
• Design, implement, and adjust evidence-based interventions for students across different grade levels
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to teaching staff and paraprofessionals
• Train and guide school personnel on effective behavioral strategies
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with school teams to foster positive and inclusive learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise regarding behavioral supports and best practices
