Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification and valid state licensure
  • Previous experience in elementary, middle, or high school settings is highly valued
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
  • Collaborative attitude for working alongside educators, support staff, and families
  • Skilled in data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments for students across various grade levels
  • Design evidence-based interventions tailored to individual student needs
  • Provide guidance and training to teachers and support personnel on best practices in behavior management
  • Monitor student progress and revise intervention strategies as necessary
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and legal standards
  • Foster inclusive and supportive classroom environments
