A rewarding opportunity awaits a dedicated Behavioral Case Manager with BCBA credentials to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant high school community near Wilmington, DE. This full-time, contract position spans the 2026/2027 school year and offers the chance to support and guide a caseload of approximately 10-20 high school students. You'll work closely with school staff, students, and families to foster a supportive environment where behavioral needs are met with expertise and compassion.

What you bring:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with national certification
  • Previous experience working with high school-aged students, preferably in an educational or clinical setting
  • Confidence in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Skilled in effectively instructing and supporting teachers on plan implementation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Collaborative, flexible approach to working within school teams

What you’ll do:

  • Take primary responsibility for implementing behavioral plans, ensuring compliance and fidelity
  • Conduct FBAs and BIPs, assuming related responsibilities from the school psychologist as needed
  • Provide direct intervention and support to students, targeting measurable behavioral change
  • Coach teachers on positive behavioral strategies and plan roll-outs in their classrooms
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for staff regarding best practices in behavior management
