Step into a dynamic contract opportunity supporting an Autism and Early Years Program, providing essential behavioral and programmatic expertise for students with moderate to severe cognitive abilities. This on-site role begins August 24, 2026, and continues through June 16, 2027, offering a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with 37.5 hours per week.

Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering high-quality behavioral strategies, supporting program development, and empowering students to reach their full potential within a collaborative school environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Strongly prefer experience in a school-based setting, particularly supporting students with significant cognitive needs
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective behavioral programs for ASD and related populations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong track record in providing staff training and direct behavioral support

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and adjust behavior intervention plans for individual students and small groups
  • Provide consultation, mentoring, and direct support to instructional teams and support staff
  • Analyze data and progress to inform decision-making and interventions
  • Foster positive, productive relationships with students, families, and educational personnel
  • Ensure adherence to ethical, legal, and professional standards in all aspects of behavioral support
