Step into an exciting opportunity supporting students across multiple school sites as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time contract position offers the chance to collaborate closely with educators to enhance student success. From late August through early June, you’ll make an impact by working onsite at 2-3 different locations, each presenting unique challenges and rewards.
Desired Background and Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification in Delaware (must be included with your application and resume)
- Demonstrated experience with designing, implementing, and monitoring behavioral intervention plans in school settings
- Strong assessment and data analysis skills
- Proficiency in staff training, particularly paraprofessional support
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consistent BCBA support across assigned school sites throughout the academic year
- Conduct interviews and placement for paraprofessionals, ensuring robust support for student needs
- Collaborate with educators and families to create individualized strategies for student growth and success
- Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of behavioral programs, offering guidance and feedback as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation aligned with district and licensure standards
