An opportunity awaits for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a significant impact in school settings supporting students with moderate to severe cognitive needs. This on-site, contract position runs from August 2026 through June 2027, offering full-time, weekday hours dedicated to serving both Autism and Early Years/PreK programs.

School-based experience is highly valued, as you’ll be working alongside educators and multidisciplinary staff to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active and current BCBA certification (required)
  • Strong preference for candidates with prior school-based BCBA experience
  • Experience collaborating with educators, families, and support staff
  • Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles in educational settings
  • Ability to support students with autism and significant cognitive needs

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct and consultative support for classroom teams within Autism and Early Years/PreK programs
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to foster positive student outcomes
  • Engage in program development and training to build school-wide capacity for behavioral supports
  • Maintain clear and accurate data, documentation, and reports per program requirements

This contract position is fully on-site, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 hours, Monday through Friday.
