Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience working within K-12 schools or similar educational settings
- Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment, intervention techniques, and data-driven strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams
- Ability to provide staff and parent training on behavior intervention plans
- Demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students across all grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators to ensure effective implementation of interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed for optimal outcomes
- Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members in positive behavior supports
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute behavioral expertise to the team
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical standards at all times
