Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience working within K-12 schools or similar educational settings
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment, intervention techniques, and data-driven strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams
  • Ability to provide staff and parent training on behavior intervention plans
  • Demonstrated flexibility and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students across all grade levels
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators to ensure effective implementation of interventions
  • Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed for optimal outcomes
  • Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members in positive behavior supports
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute behavioral expertise to the team
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to ethical standards at all times
