Desired Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Previous experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Thorough understanding of applied behavior analysis principles, assessment, and intervention
- Ability to conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and devise effective behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
- Capable of managing caseloads and meeting deadlines in a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members to implement and monitor interventions
- Provide direct and consultative services for students with behavioral challenges
- Train and support school staff in the implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies
- Collect ongoing data to track progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting for students with behavioral needs
