Qualifications and Experience:

• Active and unrestricted BCBA certification required
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Strong collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and caregivers
• Solid data collection, analysis, and reporting abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based intervention strategies
• Train and guide teachers, staff, and family members on behavioral techniques and plan implementation
