Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans in school or pediatric environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative school team
• Commitment to upholding professional ethics and best practices in ABA

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide consultation and training to teachers, school staff, and families on evidence-based behavioral strategies
• Collect ongoing data and adjust interventions based on student progress
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to optimize student support
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay current on required licensure and professional development
