Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Autism & Early Years Program

Job Type: Contract, Full-Time

Overview: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to support students within the Autism and Early Years Program. The selected candidate will provide behavioral oversight, program development, and direct support services for students with moderate to severe cognitive needs. Requirements:

Active BCBA certification required
School-based experience preferred
Experience supporting students with autism and cognitive disabilities preferred
Strong collaboration and behavior management skills
Onsite

Responsibilities:

Provide behavioral oversight and consultation services
Develop and support behavior intervention programming
Conduct behavioral assessments and monitor student progress
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers
Provide direct support for students with moderate to severe cognitive needs

Interview Process:

(10-15) minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
(20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school district
Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.

Work Hours:

Full-Time
37.5 hours per week
Monday–Friday
August 24, 2026 – June 16, 2027
