Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) 

Location: Wilmington, DE
Contract: Approximately August 25, 2026 – June 8, 2027
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 37.5 hours/week
Pay: Starting at $40+/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking an onsite Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support 2–3 assigned school sites throughout the 2026–2027 school year.

Responsibilities
Provide behavioral consultation and support across assigned school sites
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
Support implementation of behavior interventions and monitor student progress
Conduct interviews for paraprofessional candidates assigned to your school sites
Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and behavior management skills
