Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Wilmington, DE
Setting: School-Based
Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 Hours per Week, Monday–Friday
School Year: 2026–2027
Dates: August 25, 2026 – June 8, 2027

Qualifications

• Active Delaware BCBA certification required
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience providing behavioral support in a school setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of behavior intervention plans (BIPs), functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and special education services
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Delaware BCBA Certification 

Pay: $45+ per hour, based on experience

Position Details

• Full-time onsite position for the 2026–2027 school year
• Support 2–3 assigned school sites throughout the school year
• Conduct interviews for paraprofessionals assigned to supported campuses
• Collaborate with special education teams, administrators, and classroom staff
• Additional assignment details discussed during interview
• Ready to interview ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide consultation and behavioral support to school staff and families
• Train and supervise staff on behavior management strategies
• Interview and assist with the selection of paraprofessionals for assigned schools
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
