Full-Time School-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative special education team serving students across multiple school buildings in the Wilmington, Delaware area for the 2026–2027 school year.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA who enjoys collaborating with educators, mentoring staff, and creating positive behavioral outcomes for students across a K-12 setting.

Position Details:

  • Full-Time
  • 2026–2027 School Year
  • School-Based Position
  • Travel between multiple school buildings
  • Caseload: Kindergarten through 12th Grade

Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Develop and write individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
  • Participate in student support and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Assist with interviewing prospective staff members
  • Monitor student progress and adjust behavioral interventions as needed
  • Promote evidence-based behavioral practices throughout the district

Qualifications:

  • Required: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Ability to travel between multiple school buildings throughout the workday
