Pay: $50.58–$61.25 per hour

Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based behavioral services and support student success. The ideal candidate will have experience with behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and collaboration with educational teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop, implement, and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to track student progress.
- Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide staff training and behavioral intervention guidance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical, evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification.
- Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills.
