Key Qualifications:

  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with national certification.
  • Experience working with high school age students preferred.
  • Skilled in developing and leading implementation of behavioral intervention plans (BIPs) and functional behavioral assessments (FBAs).
  • Strong foundation in case management and providing direct student support.
  • Comfortable instructing staff and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Availability for a panel interview as requested.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of 10-20 high school students for the 2026/2027 school year (full-time, 35-40 hours per week).
  • Champion the implementation of behavioral strategies, focusing on hands-on application and support.
  • Provide structured guidance to teachers for effective plan execution.
  • Take lead responsibility for conducting BIPs and FBAs, thus supporting the school psychologist.
  • Regularly deliver direct behavioral interventions to students and document progress.
