Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required in Delaware

  • DE BCBA certification (must attach for consideration) and résumé submission required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite BCBA support to 2-3 assigned school sites for the full academic year
  • Conduct interviews and support placement of paraprofessionals at assigned schools
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior plans and interventions
  • Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and compliance with district and state guidelines
