High School Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Wilmington, NC

In this full-time, school-based contract role (37.5 hours per week), you'll collaborate across elementary, middle, and high school levels, adapting to diverse caseloads that reflect the evolving needs of each district.

What You’ll Bring:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and active licensure
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings (preferred)
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, students, and families

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to inform targeted support
• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing coaching and consultation for teaching teams and paraprofessionals
• Monitor progress, analyze data, and maintain clear documentation aligned with best practice
• Actively collaborate with IEP teams, contributing insights and expertise at multidisciplinary meetings
