High School Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Wilmington, North Carolina

A contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support in a school setting located in Wilmington, NC. This full-time role involves working with elementary, middle, and high school students, delivering targeted interventions to support positive behavioral outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral needs
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide ongoing consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school teams
• Monitor student progress through data collection, analysis, and documentation
• Collaborate closely with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and participate in meetings as necessary

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
