Qualifications:

• Active BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) required
• Licensed to practice in applicable settings
• Experience in schools or pediatric populations strongly preferred
• Comfort working with diverse student ages, from elementary to high school
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer consultation, coaching, and in-service support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and broader educational teams
• Monitor student progress, analyze behavior data, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate proactively with IEP teams, participate in meetings, and ensure plans align with best practices and student goals
• Adapt strategies and interventions to align with varying caseloads based on district priorities
