This full-time contract position (37.5 hours per week) offers the chance to work closely with elementary, middle, and high school students, tailoring interventions and strategies to diverse district needs. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and make meaningful contributions to students’ academic and behavioral success.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Possession of current BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Proven experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Valid state licensure, if required for BCBA practice
  • Background working across elementary, middle, and high school levels a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a range of staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Consult with and provide coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and whole school teams to foster positive behavioral support
  • Monitor student progress, conduct data analysis, and maintain clear, thorough documentation
  • Collaborate actively with IEP teams and participate in meetings, sharing expertise to help shape student plans
