You’ll work a regular weekday schedule (37.5 hours per week) within a dynamic educational environment. Your caseload will adapt to match district needs, allowing you to work with a diverse group of students and collaborate with various stakeholders for comprehensive support.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to evaluate student needs
- Design and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide hands-on consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
- Maintain thorough progress monitoring, data analysis, and detailed documentation
- Actively collaborate with IEP teams and contribute your insights during meetings
- Adapt strategies to different age groups, from elementary through high school
What We’re Looking For:
- Current BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Valid state licensure, as applicable
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and tailor behavioral supports to individual students and school teams
