Take your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to the next level by supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school settings near scenic Wilmington, NC. This rewarding, full-time contract opportunity places you at the heart of school-based teams dedicated to promoting positive student outcomes.

You’ll work a regular weekday schedule (37.5 hours per week) within a dynamic educational environment. Your caseload will adapt to match district needs, allowing you to work with a diverse group of students and collaborate with various stakeholders for comprehensive support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to evaluate student needs
  • Design and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide hands-on consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
  • Maintain thorough progress monitoring, data analysis, and detailed documentation
  • Actively collaborate with IEP teams and contribute your insights during meetings
  • Adapt strategies to different age groups, from elementary through high school

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Valid state licensure, as applicable
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and tailor behavioral supports to individual students and school teams
