Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Soliant is arranging interviews for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to make a meaningful impact in a school setting. We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to join a collaborative educational team supporting students across the Wilton, Connecticut area. This is an excellent opportunity to help students thrive by providing behavioral support, consultation, and evidence-based interventions in a school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support general education students and classrooms that serve students on the autism spectrum
- Manage a caseload covering various grade levels
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and maintain Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school staff to implement behavioral supports
- Monitor student progress and make data-driven recommendations
- Provide ongoing guidance to school personnel regarding positive behavior interventions and best practices
Qualifications:
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) – Required
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
