Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Windsor, CO

Here’s an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise and passion for behavioral analysis within a dynamic school system. This full-time position spans the 2026–2027 academic year and offers the chance to positively impact K–12 students across multiple campuses.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Colorado BCBA license and CDE credential required
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Strong background in developing and implementing FBAs (Functional Behavior Assessments) and BIPs (Behavior Intervention Plans)
• Ability to support both behavior and autism programs
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Proven ability to provide guidance and coaching to building staff

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the district-wide behavior analyst for K–12 campuses
• Support building staff across all sites as needed, ensuring best practices in behavioral intervention
• Focus on behavior and autism programs, offering expert consultation but not carrying a direct caseload
• Lead FBAs and BIPs, ensuring thorough assessments and effective, individualized plans
• Supervise and mentor two RBTs, promoting professional growth and consistent, high-quality support for students
• Work in person and maintain a visible, engaged presence within the district
