Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to a dynamic, contract opportunity supporting students across K-12 environments. What you’ll contribute:
- Utilize strong BCBA skills to consult and support building-level teams throughout multiple school sites.
- Collaborate with staff to develop, review, and monitor Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide targeted assistance within behavior and autism support programs.
- Supervise two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), fostering ongoing professional development.
- Serve as the go-to resource for district-wide behavior intervention needs, working closely with special education and general education colleagues.
- Play a pivotal role in enhancing inclusive educational opportunities, without maintaining a direct student caseload.
Key qualifications:
- Current, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure in Colorado.
- Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential in hand (required).
- Experience in K-12 educational settings, with a strong foundation in developing and implementing behavior plans.
- Proven ability to collaborate with and coach education professionals across multiple locations.
- Experience supporting individuals with autism and complex behavioral needs is highly valued.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
