Key Qualifications:
- Current Colorado BCBA license and CDE credential required
- Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Strong background in developing and implementing FBAs (Functional Behavior Assessments) and BIPs (Behavior Intervention Plans)
- Ability to support both behavior and autism programs
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Proven ability to provide guidance and coaching to building staff
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the district-wide behavior analyst for K–12 campuses
- Support building staff across all sites as needed, ensuring best practices in behavioral intervention
- Focus on behavior and autism programs, offering expert consultation but not carrying a direct caseload
- Lead FBAs and BIPs, ensuring thorough assessments and effective, individualized plans
- Supervise and mentor two RBTs, promoting professional growth and consistent, high-quality support for students
- Work in person and maintain a visible, engaged presence within the district
