Take on a valued role supporting K-12 students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic, district-wide setting. This unique contract opportunity allows you to provide expertise and guidance across multiple school sites, working collaboratively to create positive learning environments and equip staff to address diverse behavioral needs. With no direct caseload, you’ll focus on high-impact behavioral assessments and intervention planning while directly supervising two Registered Behavior Technicians.

In this onsite position, you’ll play a central part in the district’s behavior and autism program, partnering with educators to deliver exceptional support wherever it’s needed most. Immediate start is available, with the role continuing through late May 2027.

Your background should include:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license in Colorado
  • CDE (Colorado Department of Education) credential
  • Prior experience supporting behavioral and autism programs in schools (K-12 preferred)
  • Strong skills in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Previous staff training and supervision experience, ideally with Registered Behavior Technicians
  • In-person availability throughout the contract period

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support multiple schools within the district
  • Serve as a resource for building staff, providing expertise for behavioral and autism programming
  • Conduct FBAs, create and maintain BIPs, and oversee implementation
  • Supervise and mentor two RBTs, ensuring quality delivery of behavioral supports
  • Collaborate with educators and administrators to identify needs and share best practices
