Qualifications:
- Active Colorado BCBA License required
- Valid CDE credential in hand
- Experience in K-12 behavioral consultation or school-based settings preferred
- Proven ability to support behavior and autism programs
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills
- Willingness to work onsite exclusively
Responsibilities:
- Provide district-wide behavioral and autism program support
- Oversee behavioral initiatives at multiple K-12 schools
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Supervise two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Consult directly with building staff, offering training and hands-on support
- Serve as a resource for advancing positive behavior frameworks
