Key Qualifications:

  • Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with active Colorado license and CDE credentials.
  • Professional experience supporting educational staff in behavioral and autism programs (preferred).
  • Ability and willingness to be onsite at multiple school campus locations.
  • Strong supervisory and assessment skills (experience with FBAs, BIPs, and supervision of RBTs).

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Serve in a district-wide, consultative capacity (no direct caseload).
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop/implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Supervise two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide support where needed.
  • Collaborate with school staff across K–12 buildings to foster positive student outcomes.
