Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in secondary settings for a maternity leave coverage in the Windsor, CT area and nearby communities. This contract, part-time position is ideal for a BCBA interested in making a meaningful contribution to student success while enjoying a flexible, structured assignment.
Your assignment will run from September 1st through January 5th, providing behavioral services across three closely situated sites: a middle school (approximately 15 students), a high school (22 students), and an offsite campus (serving 6 students). All students are in secondary grades, and the caseload is designed to be manageable and impactful.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Experience working in school or adolescent settings preferred
- Strong collaborative and consultative skills
- Ability to travel between nearby sites during work hours
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver behavioral assessments, programming, and interventions for assigned students
- Collaborate effectively with school staff, educators, and families
- Provide training and ongoing consultation to support staff as needed
- Maintain clear documentation and timely progress reports
- Support transitions and program maintenance during the maternity leave period
