Make a real difference in the lives of students by utilizing your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in a supportive school environment. This part-time, onsite contract opportunity runs from August 27, 2026 through June 11, 2027, providing behavioral consulting and intervention services to a diverse caseload of K-12th grade students.
Key Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential, active and in good standing
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current, valid Illinois BCBA license
- Previous experience working with children or youth, especially those with disabilities
- Proven background supporting students with autism; prior BCBA experience in a school or clinical setting is preferred
Your Role:
- Deliver direct and consultative behavioral services to K-12 students across educational settings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, therapists, and families, to assess needs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and collect/analyze data to track student progress
- Provide training and support to school staff in the implementation of evidence-based strategies
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in meetings to ensure compliance and the best possible outcomes for students
This contract role is part-time at 20 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday, providing a manageable work-life balance.
