Qualifications & Experience Desired:

  • Active BCBA certification and state license required
  • Experience working within elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
  • Demonstrated ability to assess, design, and monitor behavioral intervention plans for school-aged children
  • Proven record collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop targeted plans to address individual student needs
  • Provide ongoing direct and consultative support to school staff in implementing behavioral strategies
  • Train and coach teachers, aides, and families on intervention techniques and best practices
  • Monitor progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Participate in IEP meetings and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Maintain detailed documentation following ethical and professional standards
