Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Valid state license as required for school-based practice
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school-aged students
• Strong understanding of data collection and behavioral assessment methods
• Skilled in developing and modifying individualized behavioral intervention plans
• Excellent communication and consultative skills for working with staff, students, and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to identify student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to individual students
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and support personnel to promote positive behavioral outcomes
• Deliver staff training on behavioral strategies and best practices
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports for compliance and review
• Support crisis intervention and provide guidance for classroom management as needed
