Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Valid state license as required for school-based practice
- Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school-aged students
- Strong understanding of data collection and behavioral assessment methods
- Skilled in developing and modifying individualized behavioral intervention plans
- Excellent communication and consultative skills for working with staff, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to identify student needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans tailored to individual students
- Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and support personnel to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Deliver staff training on behavioral strategies and best practices
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports for compliance and review
- Support crisis intervention and provide guidance for classroom management as needed
