Qualifications & Experience Desired:
- Active BCBA certification and state license required
- Experience working within elementary, middle, and/or high school settings
- Demonstrated ability to assess, design, and monitor behavioral intervention plans for school-aged children
- Proven record collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop targeted plans to address individual student needs
- Provide ongoing direct and consultative support to school staff in implementing behavioral strategies
- Train and coach teachers, aides, and families on intervention techniques and best practices
- Monitor progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary educational teams
- Maintain detailed documentation following ethical and professional standards
