As a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a key role in empowering both students and educators, working across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Licensed to practice as required by state regulations
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working with diverse student populations across grade levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify and analyze student needs
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Offer ongoing consultation, modeling, and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
- Track student progress through robust data collection, analysis, and detailed documentation
- Collaborate closely with IEP teams, participating in meetings and making data-driven recommendations for supports and services
