Licensed Middle School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Winston-Salem, North Carolina

Qualifications:

• Current and active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Licensed to practice as required
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills
• Comfortable working across elementary, middle, and high school settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer expert consultation, coaching, and on-the-ground support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
• Gather, analyze, and document data for progress monitoring
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success
