Middle School High School Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Winston-Salem, North Carolina

As a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a key role in empowering both students and educators, working across elementary, middle, and high school levels. Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Licensed to practice as required by state regulations
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience working with diverse student populations across grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify and analyze student needs
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Offer ongoing consultation, modeling, and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff
• Track student progress through robust data collection, analysis, and detailed documentation
• Collaborate closely with IEP teams, participating in meetings and making data-driven recommendations for supports and services
