This full-time position offers the opportunity to apply your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) within a dynamic school environment located in Winston-Salem, NC. The role focuses on supporting elementary, middle, and high school students by implementing behavioral interventions and enhancing educational outcomes through collaboration with school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student behavioral needs
  • Develop and implement effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Provide consultation and coaching to teachers, paraprofessionals, and multidisciplinary school teams
  • Monitor student progress through data collection, analysis, and thorough documentation
  • Collaborate closely with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams and actively participate in related meetings
  • Manage caseloads that vary depending on district requirements, maintaining flexibility and responsiveness to student needs

Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data and apply evidence-based practices within an educational context

Schedule and Setting:

  • Full-time commitment, 37.5 hours per week
  • School-based environment supporting diverse student populations across grade levels
