Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active certification in Special Education required
- BCBA, RBT, or significant experience implementing ABA strategies highly preferred
- Previous experience working in schools, especially with Autism and ADHD
- Strong understanding of behavioral interventions and individualized support plans
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt instruction and support to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized instruction to 1st grade students in a one-on-one setting
- Utilize evidence-based behavioral interventions and academic strategies

- Collaborate closely with administration, support staff, and families
