Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active certification in Special Education required
• BCBA, RBT, or significant experience implementing ABA strategies highly preferred
• Previous experience working in schools, especially with Autism and ADHD
• Strong understanding of behavioral interventions and individualized support plans
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt instruction and support to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized instruction to 1st grade students in a one-on-one setting
