Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism and/or ADHD strongly preferred
  • Empathetic, patient, and adaptable in supporting behavioral and social needs
  • Able to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and campus administration
  • Passionate about making a difference in a one-on-one setting with elementary-age students

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized behavioral interventions and support to assigned 1st-grade student(s)
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Implement evidence-based strategies and collaborate with teaching staff
  • Foster a supportive, engaging environment to encourage student growth and independence
  • Communicate regularly with the administration, sharing updates and recommendations
  • Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards of practice
