Located near Woodbridge, VA, you’ll closely collaborate with on-site administration and educational staff, ensuring that each student receives tailored behavioral interventions. Your training and expertise will be crucial in assisting students—many with Autism or ADHD—to achieve their goals in a nurturing setting.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Prior experience in school settings preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of behavior intervention plans and data collection
- Comfort and experience working with students diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, or behavioral challenges
- Ability to deliver evidence-based behavioral strategies one-on-one
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized behavioral support to 1st-grade students during the extended school year program
