Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and interventions
  • Ability to develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Capable of training and supervising RBTs and support staff
  • Familiarity with data-driven decision making and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify student needs
  • Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior support plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes
  • Provide professional guidance and training for school staff and paraprofessionals
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as required
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student-centered planning
