Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification required
- Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and interventions
- Ability to develop and implement Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Capable of training and supervising RBTs and support staff
- Familiarity with data-driven decision making and progress monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify student needs
- Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior support plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes
