Board Certified Behavior Analyst in Woodside, DE

Make a significant impact as a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with students ages 2–22 with severe disabilities and autism. Qualifications:

• Current, active BCBA certification and licensure in Delaware required
• Knowledge and experience in school settings, particularly supporting students with autism and significant disabilities, strongly preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to implement crisis intervention strategies sensitively and efficiently
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, especially in conducting FBAs and devising behavior plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a crucial member of the crisis intervention team, de-escalating challenging situations with care and professionalism
• Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments to understand student needs
