Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensure/certification in Delaware is required
• Previous experience in school environments or with children/adolescents with disabilities is highly desirable
• Skilled in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
• Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to ongoing support and data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert behavioral support to students and staff, ensuring safe and positive learning environments
• Participate as a key member of the crisis team, assisting with de-escalation during challenging situations
• Complete Functional Behavioral Assessments and use findings to develop and implement effective Behavior Support Plans
• Work closely with IEP teams to establish meaningful behavior goals for students
• Facilitate ongoing data collection and analysis to inform interventions and track progress
• Offer consultative guidance and professional development to school staff for continuous improvement in behavioral supports
